Now he is taking on his next challenge – the Swansea Bay 10k – on Sunday 24th September 2017.
You can sponsor him online here:
We don’t get notified automatically if you make a donation, so please do drop Dan a line to encourage him.
Dan’s daughters – Tallie, Seren, and Anaya – are also going to run the 1km junior race in the morning.
What will we be doing in Swaziland?
We will be moving on 5th November this year to become Missionaries with Elim Missions. Since then we have been offered a long-term volunteer missionary role at an amazing town named Bulembu, which serves nearly 400 orphaned and vulnerable children and is a centre of community enterprise providing hundreds of jobs, with all profits going to the childcare programme. We have to raise our living costs for each year through sponsorship and donations like yours.
Here is an overview of the crisis and an introduction to what is being done by Challenge Ministries Swaziland, which is the organisation we’ll be working with in Swaziland:
What’s the route, and can I cheer him on?
The race runs from St Helen’s stadium on the Oystermouth Road, all the way to Mumbles and back again. Your support will keep Dan going till the end, please come cheer him on!
